Level 19 Frost Mage twink build

This is the classic level-19 PvP frost plan: 5/5 Improved Frostbolt makes your main nuke less punishable, 3/3 Frostbite adds random fight-winning freezes from chill effects, and 2/2 Improved Frost Nova gives more frequent hard control. You are not trying to turret forever; you are creating short windows where the enemy cannot reach you.

The gear is built around the survivability knee: the provided curve shows 480 HP from gear at balance 60 for only about a 1% throughput loss versus the best damage set, while the next jump to 510 HP costs another full percent for only 30 HP. That makes the 480 HP style the efficient twink breakpoint. Key picks are Tree Bark Jacket for stamina plus a big intellect pool, Sentry Cloak and Flying Tiger Goggles for raw toughness, Raven’s Claws over pure spell-damage gloves to hit the stamina breakpoint, and the Advisor/Lorekeeper spell-damage rings for pressure without giving up stamina. Cookie’s Stirring Rod is the best wand DPS listed and matters when conserving mana or finishing through interrupts. I skipped the QA test ring because it is not a real twink item.

Use your faction’s Insignia in practice; the second insignia is the opposite-faction equivalent from the supplied list, normally replaced by your best available PvP trinket such as Arena Grand Master if you have it.

Play by prebuffing armor, intellect, and Dampen Magic when appropriate. Open with Polymorph to force position, then Frostbolt until they commit. Frost Nova into Ice Lance or instant damage is your kill window. Save Ice Block for lethal pressure or to remove a bad setup, and use Arcane Explosion only when multiple enemies are stacked or to reveal/finish nearby targets.
