Hawk Eye lets you start fights earlier, Lethal Attacks plus Mortal Shots makes Aimed Shot, Chimera Shot, Arcane Shot, and Multi-Shot scarier, Improved Concussive Shot adds a small but fight-swinging stun chance, and Careful Aim turns your Intellect into Attack Power. Trueshot Aura is worth the point because it buffs you and your party for every skirmish.

The gear leans into the PvP stamina curve rather than pure glass-cannon damage. The mathematical knee is around balance 40: 1330 HP from gear, 954 armor, and 693 throughput, only about 2% behind maximum. This set pushes closer to the balance 60 style—roughly the 1450 HP tier—because level-29 battleground burst is brutal; you give up about 6% throughput versus the best damage set for a much larger health buffer.
