“Swiftmend raid restorer” — Healing in dungeons and raids.
A deep Restoration Druid built around efficient Healing Touch, emergency Nature's Swiftness/Swiftmend saves, strong raid buffs, and enough mp5 to keep healing through long dungeon and raid fights.
Excellent. This is close to the best this item pool and tree allow for the goal.

Why it works
This is a 5/0/46 deep Restoration build: you take every important healing multiplier in Restoration—Improved Healing Touch, Reflection, Subtlety, Tranquil Spirit, Improved Rejuvenation, Nature’s Swiftness, Gift of Nature, Improved Regrowth, and Swiftmend. The 5 Balance points go into Nature’s Grasp utility instead of weak filler damage; it can save you if trash or dungeon mobs reach you.
The gear favors sustained raid healing over short parse-padding. Hammer of the Twisting Nether plus Sapphiron’s Right Eye is the strongest weapon setup here, giving massive +healing and mp5 without giving up an off-hand. Don Rigoberto’s Lost Hat, Life Channeling Necklace, Cloak of Suturing, Dreamwalker core pieces, Ring of the Martyr, Rejuvenating Gem, and Eye of the Dead all combine high +healing with reliable mana return. The QATest ring is ignored despite its stats because it is not a real obtainable player item. Boots of Pure Thought are kept for their very high healing value, while Idol of Longevity supports the main job: repeated Healing Touch casts.
Play by preventing panic, not reacting late. Keep Mark of the Wild active, pre-HoT tanks with Rejuvenation when movement or incoming damage is expected, and use efficient Healing Touch as your default heal. Swiftmend is your fast save when Rejuvenation or Regrowth is already on the target. For lethal spikes, cast Nature’s Swiftness into Healing Touch. Regrowth is expensive but excellent when someone needs an immediate heal plus a rolling HoT. Use Tranquility only when several nearby party members are hurt and threat is controlled; Improved Tranquility makes this much safer. Use Innervate proactively in long fights before you are completely dry.
