Level 29 Combat Rogue twink build

At level 29 you have 20 talent points, so the classic 21-point buttons like Cold Blood and Preparation are not legal yet. This build instead takes the strongest available PvP package: 5/5 Opportunity for harder Ambush and Backstab, 3/3 Improved Gouge for longer control and energy pooling, 2/2 Improved Sprint to break roots and snares, and 5/5 Deflection into Riposte for cheap counterpressure after a parry. The two ranks in Improved Backstab add burst without giving up the mobility package.

The gear leans toward the practical PvP knee rather than pure glass cannon: stamina on Humbert's Helm, Watchman Pauldrons, Blackened Defias Armor, Barbaric Bracers and Wolfclaw Gloves keeps you alive long enough to reset, while Sentinel's Medallion, Tigerstrike Mantle, Petrolspill Leggings, Highlander's Greaves and Nightstalker Bow add agility for AP, crit and dodge. Sentinel's Blade is the main-hand dagger for Ambush and Backstab; Vendetta is a fast agility off-hand for poison pressure. Insignia is mandatory for Charm/Fear/Polymorph removal, and Talisman of Arathor gives a strong physical absorb for rogue/warrior/hunter trades.

Play from Stealth. Sap when it creates a clean 1v1, then choose Ambush for burst or Cheap Shot when you need a guaranteed stun chain. Pool energy after Gouge, step behind, then Backstab. Use Eviscerate at 5 combo points, or earlier only to secure a kill. Kick casts aggressively, Sprint to connect or clear slows, Evasion when focused, and Vanish to reset or force another opener.
