Level 39 Assassination Rogue twink build

This is a 21/9/0 PvP build: Assassination reaches Cold Blood for the kill window, with Malice, Lethality, Improved Eviscerate and Relentless Strikes making your finisher much more threatening. The Combat splash gives Improved Sinister Strike, Improved Gouge and 4/5 Precision; against players that nearly covers the 5% melee hit target, which is a huge consistency gain when a missed Gouge, Kick or builder can lose the duel.

The gear is the standard balanced-twink point: about the balance-50 knee from your curve, around 116 stamina from gear, 745 armor, and the Gloves of Holy Might crit package. Going much tougher after this jumps to balance 60: +290 HP, but throughput drops from about -7% to -15%, so this set keeps burst while still being hard to delete. Key pieces are Adventurer’s Pith Helmet, Fleshhide Shoulders, Warden’s Wraps, Basilisk Hide Pants, Defiler’s Leather Boots for run speed, Vanquisher’s Sword main hand, and Sword of Omen off hand. Tidal Charm is your swing trinket; Arena Master supplies passive stamina.

Play from Stealth. Sap to create the fight you want, Cheap Shot the kill target, build with Sinister Strike, and pool enough energy to Cold Blood into a 5-combo-point Eviscerate. Use Kick aggressively into casts, Gouge to stop pressure or create a restealth/reset line, Kidney Shot at 4+ combo points when control matters more than immediate damage, and Blind or Vanish when low to reset the duel.
