Level 49 Assassination Rogue twink build

This is a Cold Blood dagger PvP setup: Assassination gives Malice, Lethality, Relentless Strikes and the guaranteed crit finisher; Combat adds longer Gouge, Improved Backstab, a little Precision, and 2/2 Improved Sprint for breaking roots and slows; Subtlety takes Opportunity plus Elusiveness to shorten Blind and Vanish cooldowns.

The gear is a balanced twink set rather than pure glass cannon. Pirate's Eye Patch, Woven Ivy Necklace, Phytoskin Spaulders, Fungus Shroud Armor, Bladebane Armguards, Basilisk Hide Pants and the PvP boots stack stamina/agility while keeping burst high. Defiler's Leather Girdle, Blackstone Ring and Rune of the Guard Captain supply the key flat crit/AP/hit pieces. Scout's Blade plus Sentinel's Blade are chosen because their top-end dagger damage and agility/stamina are better for Ambush and Backstab PvP than faster no-stat daggers. The Defiler's Talisman gives a strong physical absorb for melee trades.

On the toughness curve, the practical knee is around balance 50: going from all-damage to 50 gains about 460 HP from gear while losing only 4% throughput, but the next step toward 60 costs another 6% throughput. This set plays near that mid-stamina point, which is ideal for battleground duels and skirmishes.

Play from stealth. Sap to isolate, Cheap Shot as the safe opener, or Ambush when you can immediately force a kill. Pool energy during Gouge, Backstab from behind, Kidney at 5 combo points to lock the target, then Cold Blood into Eviscerate when they are low. Save Blind or Vanish for resets, and use Improved Sprint aggressively to reconnect or escape snares.
