Level 29 Enhancement Shaman twink build

This is a reliability-first PvP build. Tidal Focus supplies the important 5% hit needed against players, so your shocks and casts do not lose games to misses. Totemic Focus keeps utility cheaper in repeated skirmishes. In Enhancement, Thundering Strikes adds universal crit, Improved Ghost Wolf gives instant indoor movement, and Mental Dexterity turns Intellect on gear into attack power.

The gear is built around the toughness knee from the curve: around the 60–70 setting you gain roughly 110–130 stamina from gear while only giving up about 4–5% throughput; pushing to the 85+ survival sets costs about 19% throughput. This set stays near that knee but uses Elderwild Construction Hammer plus Desperate Barrier for excellent sustained weapon DPS, a massive armor jump, and enough stamina to survive rogue/warrior openers. Defiler’s Plate Greaves give the mandatory minor run speed, while Defiler’s Talisman adds an on-use physical absorb. The strongest crafted/rep pieces are the Veteran chain items, AB belt/boots/trinket, and the stamina/AP rings; unknown-source pieces are simply world-obtainable twink upgrades.

Play as a shock-kiting brawler: keep Earth Shield and Frostbrand Weapon up, use Ghost Wolf aggressively to create distance or reconnect, open with Flame Shock, then choose Frost Shock while moving or peeling and Earth Shock for burst/finishes. Cast Lightning Bolt only when you have space and mana; use Lesser Healing Wave early rather than waiting until you are nearly dead.
