Level 19 Marksmanship Hunter twink build

This is the classic 19 PvP Marksmanship setup: 5/5 Improved Concussive Shot gives your main peel a stun chance, and 5/5 Lethal Shots turns your ranged pressure into real kill threat. Survival’s Improved Wing Clip is tempting, but giving up both the Concussive stun chance and 5% ranged crit makes you less dangerous at the range where a hunter should be winning.

The gear leans into the PvP knee of the survival curve instead of going all-in on stamina. The curve’s big breakpoint is around balance 50: about 410 HP from gear for only a 6% throughput loss; pushing toward balance 60 buys much more HP but drops throughput sharply to −22%. This set stays near that practical middle: strong stamina from Blackened Defias Armor, Sentry Cloak, Deviate Scale Belt, Fang legs, and Advisor’s Gnarled Staff, while still keeping high agility from Scout’s Medallion, Forest Leather Bracers, Feet of the Lynx, and Bounty Hunter’s Ring. Venomstrike from Wailing Caverns is the key ranged weapon because its bow DPS is best here and the extra Nature proc adds burst.

Open with Hunter’s Mark when you can, keep Aspect of the Hawk up, apply Serpent Sting, then kite. Use Concussive Shot while creating distance, fire Multi-Shot when you have mana to spend, and weave Arcane Shot without clipping Auto Shot. If someone reaches you, Wing Clip immediately, turn and run back to range; use Mongoose Bite or Raptor Strike only when you are forced into melee. Scare Beast is a matchup button for pets and beast forms, not part of normal damage.
