Why it works
This is a 5/11/35 raid Retribution setup: Divine Strength scales every Strength piece, Precision supplies 3% melee hit, Blessing of Kings adds raid utility, and Retribution takes the full damage package—Improved Judgement, Improved Seal of the Crusader, Conviction, Seal of Command, Two-Handed Weapon Specialization, Sanctity Aura, and Vengeance. The selected gear reaches the 9% boss special-hit target exactly with Precision: Lionheart Helm, Gauntlets of Annihilation, Girdle of the Mentor, Band of Unnatural Forces, and Kiss of the Spider provide 6% gear hit, plus 3% from Precision.
Might of Menethil is the centerpiece: 3.8 speed, very high weapon DPS, Strength, Stamina, and 2% crit make it ideal for Seal of Command and instant weapon strikes.
