Level 60 Affliction Warlock raid DPS build

This build goes 31 Affliction for instant, harder Corruption, stronger periodic damage, Siphon Life, Soul Siphon and Wrack, then spends 20 in Destruction for Bane, Improved Shadow Bolt, Cataclysm and Ruin. Suppression is doing double duty: 5% hit plus 20% threat reduction, which is excellent for raid bosses where overthreating during crit streaks is a real DPS loss.

The gear is chosen to land exactly around the boss spell-hit cap: Suppression supplies 5%, and the set adds 110 hit rating from Plagueheart pieces, Rockfury Bracers, Dark Storm Gauntlets, Bloodvine Leggings, Ring of the Fallen God, Band of the Inevitable, Neltharion's Tear and Royal Scepter of Vek'lor. Bloodvine Leggings are the cleanest hit-cap swap because they keep the same spell power as Plagueheart legs while adding hit. Plagueheart, AQ and Naxx pieces carry the spell power/crit core; Neltharion's Tear is mandatory-level value, and Restrained Essence of Sapphiron is your burst trinket for boss burn windows. Kris of Unspoken Names plus Royal Scepter beats the staves because it combines high spell power, hit and crit while keeping an off-hand slot.

Play it as a maintenance spec: keep Fel Armor up, use Rain of Fire on 3+ targets, apply Curse of the Elements if needed, then Amplify Curse into Bane of Agony. Keep Corruption, Siphon Life, Wrack and Immolate rolling, and fill every open cast with Shadow Bolt. Use Drain Life only when low; otherwise losing Shadow Bolt casts costs damage.
