Level 19 Discipline Priest twink build

This build goes Discipline because the level-19 bracket rewards immediate, reliable power. 5/5 Wand Specialization turns Cookie’s Stirring Rod into a real kill tool, while 3/3 Improved Power Word: Shield and 2/2 Improved Power Word: Fortitude give the durability that lets you stand still long enough to cast, heal, and wand people down.

The gear is biased toward the PvP toughness knee rather than pure glass-cannon throughput. Around the 40–50 balance point you get roughly 420–430 HP from gear while only giving up about 2% throughput versus the best damage set; pushing to 490–510 HP costs more pressure for a smaller gain. Tree Bark Jacket, Darkweave Breeches, Magefist Gloves, Keller’s Girdle, and the WSG ring/staff package give a strong mix of stamina, intellect, mp5, and casting stats. Battle Healer’s Cloak is chosen over a pure stamina cloak because +healing matters every time you Renew or hard-cast Heal. Use the matching faction equivalents where applicable: Scout/Advisor/Battle Healer for one side, Sentinel/Lorekeeper/Caretaker for the other. The two Insignia IDs represent the faction trinket choice; equip your faction’s version.

Play like a control healer, not a turret caster. Keep Fortitude, Inner Fire, and Power Word: Shield up before contact. If melee connects, Psychic Scream to create space, refresh Shadow Word: Pain, then Mind Blast and wand while they are forced to chase. Renew early when pressured, and use Heal only when Shield or fear has bought you casting room. Smite is a mana-heavy filler, so use it only when you are safe and have enough mana; most sustained pressure should come from your empowered wand.
