Level 29 Shadow Priest twink build

This is a Shadow PvP build because level 29 cannot quite reach Silence or Shadowform, but it can get the core bracket tools: 5/5 Blackout for random 3 sec stuns from Shadow damage, Improved Psychic Scream for more frequent peels, Mind Flay for a ranged 50% slow, Shadow Reach to start fights earlier, and a small Shadow Weaving package to make repeated pressure hurt more. Shadow Focus is taken because resisted fears, Mind Blasts, or Flays lose games.

The gear is damage-leaning but not glass. Shadow Hood, Hands of Darkness, Staff of the Shade, Abomination Skin Leggings, Highlander’s Cloth Girdle/Boots, and Lorekeeper’s Ring stack Shadow or generic spell damage. River Pride Choker, Moonlit Amice, Beguiler Robes from Scarlet Monastery Graveyard trash, Plains Ring from Razorfen Kraul trash, and Rune of Perfection keep your health respectable. Insignia of the Alliance is mandatory PvP control removal. The run-speed boots are a major flag-room and kiting advantage; do not give them up for a small stat gain. This setup sits near the aggressive side of the survival curve, around the 30 setting: roughly 670+ HP from gear for only about 2% throughput loss versus the pure damage set. The big toughness knee is around balance 50, where you reach about 880 HP for a 4% throughput loss if you want to bulk up.

Play by prebuffing Fortitude and Inner Fire, shielding before contact, then forcing space with Psychic Scream. Keep Shadow Word: Pain up for Blackout chances, use Mind Blast on cooldown for burst, and channel Mind Flay when you need to keep melee or flag carriers slowed. If focused, shield first, fear if they connect, then Flash Heal or Renew while repositioning.
